Scheduling your sitting IN PERSON
Congratulations! You've decided to attend the one of the days during the event to have a portrait painted in person. What is required is for you to look at the schedule to the right, make a selection, enter your payment information and you're booked for that slot! It's as easy as that.

Then the day of the event it is advised that you show up a half our early so that you can be ready once it is time for your portrait to be painted. During the 48 hour marathon things will be moving very fast to keep things running on schedule. Please do all you can to help Eric during this time to be ready to pose when the time is scheduled.

If you have young children under the age of 10 years of age it is recommended that you have their portrait completed via photograph. Normally the artist would advise differently but with a schedule as tight as this event will be it is advised that you go this route instead. You are welcome to come to the event to watch the process of the portrait in person though the timing of the portrait would be at the discression of the artist.
